If students wants to move schools, need to apply for CAS again and get approved by Home office before moving.
Students have to very careful while jumping schools often or not attending schools. This will be closely monitored.

What does this mean to students who want to study in UK?
This means that students who genuinely want to go for good quality higher education to UK would face no changes or risks. But for those students who seek admission into Colleges and Universities in UK just to gain entry and then jump schools or start working full-time will/could face trouble or restrictions.
